Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across all governorates in Egypt.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
Alexandria & Delta Governorates: 2–4 business days
Upper Egypt, Sinai & Red Sea Governorates: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly communicated on our website.
