At Chanaa Farms, we are committed to delivering your olive oil as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During promotional periods or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.  

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across all governorates in Egypt.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Alexandria & Delta Governorates: 2–4 business days
  • Upper Egypt, Sinai & Red Sea Governorates: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.  

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your order’s progress.  

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Chanaa Farms is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
